Support BCM charity appeal this Christmas

Each year, local charity Birmingham City Mission (BCM) provides gifts to around 3,000 children in our city who would otherwise not receive any Christmas presents. This year, we are delighted to announce that EHS will be supporting BCM’s Toy Link appeal by collecting as many gifts as possible.

Donated gifts must be those on the list below and must be up to a value of no more than £10 each. Please do not wrap the gifts. From Monday 27 November there will be four different Santa Sacks in office G12, one for each age range. Please donate your gifts for this appeal by Wednesday 13 December - we plan to deliver them to BCM on Thursday 14 December, before the end of term.

Toddlers (under 3’s)

Stacking rings, wooden jigsaws, small pull along toys, shape sorters, character plates, dishes and mugs.

 

Boys/girls (4-7)

Games, Books, cars trucks, dolls, action figures, jewellery. Colouring pencils and colouring books.

 

Boys/girls (8-10)

Games, puzzle books, hats. Gloves, suitable toiletries, books, colouring pencils, pens and dolls.

 

Teenagers (10-15)

 

Balls, rucksacks, socks, gloves, hats, games and suitable toiletries.

 

We hope that many EHS girls and families will choose to assist us in supporting this very worthwhile cause - our efforts are guaranteed to change a child’s Christmas Day.
