Head's half term message

Parents

19 October 2017

Half term is here; the time has passed so quickly that we have hardly had time to notice the change from bright summer days to the cooler tones of Autumn.

New girls have settled into school routines. Our Year 13 leavers are now settling in to university life and we look forward to hearing of their adventures at Speech Day!

After half term we will welcome:

  • Mrs Charla Hennous as MFL teacher in the Preparatory School;
  • Mrs Emilie Roberts as Teaching Assistant also in the Preparatory School; and
  • Ms Naila Khodabukus back to the Senior School Science Department to cover Mrs Lynch’s maternity leave.

Half term finished with a whole school Pink Day to raise funds for Cancer Research. We look forward to welcoming the girls back to school on 30 October (not in pink!) and ready for the busy half term ahead.

Dr Ruth Weeks
Headmistress
