Artists enjoy life drawing session

The first half of term has seen the completion of another successful course of Life Drawing sessions. On Thursdays after school girls from Year 11, 12 and 13 have developed their observation skills in the fine art studio under the tutelage of Miss Mullett.
Working directly from a life model the group were able to strengthen their ability to record the human form, concentrating on proportion and scale. The girls experimented with a variety of processes and produced large tonal A1 studies using graphite, charcoal and ink and wash techniques.
Very well done to all involved.
