Mind Full or Mindful?

On Wednesday 10th May Madame Monet-Rossetti lead a Senior School assembly on Mindfulness.
We know that the examination season can be a stressful time for many students and we are keen to give them strategies to control their anxiety and stay calm. During the assembly Madame Monet-Rossetti explained the importance of learning to recognise your feelings in order to then be able to manage them effectively. She also gave the girls an example exercise which they could practise at home.
Throughout the examination period Madame Monet-Rossetti and Mrs Ehiogu will be extending their Monday Morning Mindfulness session and running it every morning at 8.25 in the Drama Studio for anyone who wants to have a calm start to their day.
