Nursery Girls Write Home
20 November 2015
One dull November morning, in an effort to cheer up their parents, Nursery girls decided to write a note home.
They practised their emergent writing, put their notes into envelopes, remembering to stick on stamps and set off to the red postbox. En route, they crossed the busy road at the traffic lights. The girls waited patiently whilst the red light changed to green before carefully walking across the road.
The red post box was soon located and everyone posted their envelope in turn. The girls are waiting for Postman Pat to deliver their envelopes through the letter box.
