News from Nursery
24 March 2017
The Nursery girls always enjoy being out and about in the school grounds and learning about the world around them.
On Wednesday, it had been raining and there were big puddles in the playground. The girls had fun splashing in the puddles wearing their wellies and waterproof suits.
They also had a closer look at the new alphabet blackboard in the playground and took turns to point to their own special letter that begins their name.
The girls read the story about Giddy the mountain goat who didn’t like being up high. They then carefully climbed up to the top of the Sixth Form fire-escape, pretending they were Giddy. They were high in the sky! They looked down at Nursery and the car-park where everything looked much smaller. Then they carefully came back down to earth having enjoyed their lofty adventure.
