Senior School musicians perform at Sunrise

On Wednesday 6 December, Mr Robson and Mrs Batchelor accompanied 21 Senior School students to perform at a Christmas musical event at Edgbaston Sunrise Senior Living.
Our girls were delighted to have the opportunity to perform for the residents. Highlights of the showcase included Esther Simkiss singing a song from ‘Phantom of the Opera’, Briony Chitty on the violin and Ying Qi playing a Chinese instrument called a Guzheng. Residents had the opportunity to join in with festive carols and the string quartet rounded the concert off with a medley of carols. The residents of Sunrise were incredibly pleased with the day and were grateful to the girls for their performances.
