Boreatton Bound
10 May 2024
The Year 4 girls embarked on an exhilarating adventure during their school residential trip last week to Boreatton Park in Shropshire, filled with a plethora of exciting activities.
From conquering the towering heights of the giant swing to mastering the art of micro-scooting, each day was brimming with new challenges and thrills. They also worked together to construct sturdy rafts, testing their teamwork and problem-solving skills on the tranquil waters.
In addition to these adrenaline-pumping activities, they also tackled the climbing walls with determination and perseverance, reaching new heights both physically and mentally. The girls showcased their agility and coordination in aeroball, bouncing and leaping with infectious energy. Additionally, amidst the lush surroundings, they navigated through challenging obstacle courses, overcoming hurdles with resilience and teamwork ... and a little mud!
Many groups ended the adventure with the heart-pounding zip wire ride, where they soared through the air with sheer excitement above stunning countryside views.
As the trip came to a close, they returned home with cherished memories and a sense of accomplishment, having had an unforgettable and super time together. A fantastic trip for all!
