Old Girls' Association
EHS Open House Event - Saturday 16 March 2019
08 February 2019
• Ever wondered if you could still find your way around the school?
• Intrigued to see the changes in the building since your EHS days?
• How many faces will you recognise our photograph montage wall?
The EHS Old Girls’ Association invite you, your EHS friends and your family, to rediscover the corridors of your youth in our Open House event. Join us on Saturday 16th March between 2.00-4.30pm for tea and refreshments in the new Sixth Form Centre before heading off on a stroll down memory lane.
Visitors will be greeted in the ‘new’ glass-fronted Reception by members of our current Sixth Form, who will direct them to the newly-refurbished Sixth Form Common Room where refreshments will be available; we also hope to have some archives on view that will be of interest.
We are also extremely excited because this year we are inviting OGA members who completed the majority of their education before 1960 - our ‘Golden Girls’ - for a special reunion.
The reunion event is open for all alumni and their families. We will be allowing visitors to tour the school informally and unaccompanied, but we are making Sixth Form guides available for our ‘Golden Girl tours’ during the afternoon.
Children are also welcome and there will be a fun activity for them as they tour the school.
This event will be based in the Sixth Form Centre in the Senior School but if you are interested in seeing the Prep School too please let us know.
This event is free of charge but, to assist with catering, please note your attendance to the Old Girls’ Association in school on 0121 454 5831 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 8th March.
