Do Your Bit for the Planet

23 September 2011

Most of us have one or two old mobile phones that are no longer of any use. Individually they are not worth much but they are full of recycleable materials and components. If we can gather together all our old mobiles, we can trade them in for cash that can be used for school equipment and projects.

We are starting a mobile phone collection, with collection 'buckets' around the school. So, if you would like to help raise school funds while at the same time doing some recycling, please send any old phones to school with your daughter, in whatever condition (although working ones are best).

The collection buckets are available in the Senior and Prep School Receptions.

Thank you.
