On Target! Year 4 & 5’s Exciting Archery Session

Last Friday after school, Year 4 and 5 pupils welcomed Shamus from Trickshot Archery. Year 5 pupils: Gurbani, Pepper, Zara, Suzannah and Saba kindly shared their experience of this exciting activity with us.
“We learnt how to use bows and arrows! First, the instructors showed us how to fire the arrows and once we got the hang of that, we moved on to combat archery where we got to shoot one another (safely, of course!). The sixteen girls split into two teams and played over three rounds to decide the winner.
We absolutely loved our session! We had lots of fun, learnt a lot and wore some interesting equipment. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to try
a new skill.”
