Prep Hosts Swim Gala with Norfolk House

The Prep Swim Squad had a fantastic afternoon as they welcomed Norfolk House for a friendly and exciting Swim Gala. The event was filled with excellent performances from all swimmers, with our girls demonstrating not only impressive speed but also fantastic team spirit, cheering on and applauding their peers from Norfolk House. The atmosphere was electric, reflecting the supportive and inclusive ethos that underpins EHS’s sporting culture.
A special shoutout goes to Mrs. Roberts for her excellent timekeeping, helping us collect key timings for ESSA selection—and the girls certainly looked fast! Events like this highlight just how important swimming is at EHS. With dedicated swimming teachers and excellent facilities, our girls have the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence in the pool and take part in exciting competitions as they progress through the years.
Having such excellent swimming facilities on our doorstep is a tremendous asset, not only for our pupils’ physical development but also for fostering friendships with other schools through events like this.
A big thank you to all our parents for their support and to our brilliant staff—Mrs. Hobson, Mrs. Sawyers, Miss Nelsey, Mrs. Donelly, Mrs. Roberts, and Miss Brown—for their hard work and help with the gala. Well done to everyone involved!
