Ex-Cathedra concert features EHS singers

On Saturday 23 December, Birmingham-based choir Ex Cathedra invites the whole family to share the beauty, mystery and enchantment of Christmas Music by Candlelight.
Conducted by Jeffrey Skidmore and featuring Alexander Mason (organ) and Lucy Wakeford (harp), ‘Angels, Stars and Kings’ is an hour-long concert of seasonal favourites and choral music to inspire, plus a special selection of readings for younger audiences. This year’s concert involves several talented young singers, including Edgbaston High School singers Georgina Day, Isobel Hemming, Carmen Sanchez Diamente, Zoha Sohail and Lucy Wright.
Guests are invited to come dressed as an angel, star or king. This is particularly recommended for children aged 6+, but all ages welcome. 4pm, St Paul's Church, Jewellery Quarter.
