Charitable giving and helping those in need is always high on the list of priorities for our girls and this week 9L took the initiative in organising a fundraiser in support of Women’s Aid, the charity that aims to help women suffering from domestic violence. 

The girls had spent their break times and lunchtimes tirelessly making a range of products to sell which included beaded jewellery and created an array of crocheted items such as jellyfishes, ducks and scrunchies.

They aimed to raise £100 but far exceeded their expectations, raking in an incredible £243.04! Thank you to everyone who donated to this very worthwhile charity.
