Year 2 have been developing skills which might well lead them to a wide range of different careers in the future.
The Year 2 Eco Reps shared information from their recent meeting and asked various questions of their classmates.
Girls also worked in pairs to add interesting adjectives to a story to create a mood. Firstly, they added adjectives to make the story happy and secondly thought of different adjectives which would change the mood of the story to scary.
A future in banking or accountancy could be a possibility as girls worked together using coins and notes to make amounts and then practised writing them using the ‘£’ sign.
The girls clearly enjoy their activities and developing teamwork skills too.
