Great teamwork at Allotment Open Day

Our final gardening Club of the year culminated in a picnic under the apple trees in the orchard this week. With temperatures hitting 28 degrees the girls were happy to be in the shade! Before starting the picnic we gave the plot a much needed watering before enjoying a well-earned treat.
Thank you to all the girls who have been part of Gardening Club this year; they have been a great credit to the school and have enjoyed their weekly visit to our school’s hidden allotment.
A big thank you also to Sabreena Mahroof and Steve Watson for all their hard work and efforts down at the allotment, which has been educational for the girls as well as a lot of fun!
