The Edgbaston High School community was shocked and saddened to receive news of the loss of two of our pupils, Mojo and Grace Kehinde, and their parents who died in an accident at the beginning of the summer holidays.
Staff and students from EHS today attended the funeral service for the family. The day was an occasion to remember, reflect upon and celebrate the life of the Kehinde family. Several EHS girls gave a heartfelt tribute in memory of Mojo and Grace, with talks from Mojo’s closest friends and a moving performance from the Chamber Choir.
Mojo and Grace, and their parents, will be sadly missed by staff and students and we send the family our deepest condolences. The school will hold two further tributes to the Kehindes: a memorial tea will be held in the Preparatory School today and Senior School will hold a memorial service on Thursday 5 October.
