After beginning the week with examinations and tempted by the warm afternoon sunshine, pupils in Year 7 needed no encouragement to take their Maths learning outside on Wednesday.
They gathered down at the playing field, working in groups to solve problems, find answers and earn prizes, using their mental arithmetic and teamwork skills to crack the code - and had some fun along the way.
