Skills Day for pupils in Year 9

On Thursday 16 May, Ms López organised the annual Skills Day, an occasion when Year 9 pupils enjoy a day of outdoor learning at the playing fields.
Staff from our local Fire Service Station attended this event and shared their expertise with the girls, teaching them essential skills such as First Aid and CPR. Other skills - such as putting up a tent, preparatory map skills and backpacking - were taught by some of our resident experts in school. We were pleased that the weather was kind to us and some even managed a light tan!
Ms López would like to thank all staff involved for their contributions. A special thank you must go to Mrs Coley for being our official photographer for the day!
