The Fleece Force Brings Joy to the Stage

Preparatory

06 December 2024

On Tuesday afternoon, the Octagon was full of Year 1 and 2 family and friends eager to watch their daughters perform. The lights were on, the stage was set and microphones were ready for ‘The Fleece Force’ to start.

Constable Woolly was ready to learn how to patrol Bethlehem and control the peace, with his colleagues Constable Jumper and Chief Fleecy ready to help along the way.  They met innkeepers, kings, camels, shepherds and angels eager to get to Bethlehem to meet Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus.  Constable Woolly learned a lot in his new job and how to have fun as part of the Fleece Force!  For the first time for Year 2 girls, some wore personal microphone headsets and behaved like experienced professionals with them.

It was a performance full of humour, songs and amazing acting.  The girls were fantastic and gave a performance to be proud of.  The amount of laughing and clapping from the audience shows how well the performance was received.  Well done girls!
