The Great Egg-Scape: A Cracking Easter Hunt!

Senior School

11 April 2025

The Great Year 11 Egg-Scape has been carefully planned by Year 11 for an end of term Easter Egg Hunt!

Last Friday, each of the four forms was tasked to come up with three secret hiding places around the school, where they could place Easter egg graphics. But that wasn’t all. Each form then had to work together to create three egg-stra-ordinary cryptic clues hinting at their whereabouts!

This week, the egg-citement reached new heights as the hunt began! Each form raced to uncover all 12 hidden Easter treats.

Adding an extra twist, the tutor team secretly hid an extra Chocolate Bunny for an extra bonus point too!

So who cracked the clues and came out on top? Will it be 11CS, 11LM, 11M or 11W who ends up egg-static at winning The Great Year 11 Egg-Scape?

There’s been a range of egg-cellent clues and the girls have had fun and laughter trying to work them out and hunt them down around the school! Highlights included:
•    “Frozen in time” led them to the school’s Photo Gallery of the past lives of girls at EHS.
•     “Silent keepers, standing tall. Holding secrets one and all” meant hunting high and low in the Learning Hub, amidst the bookshelves somewhere…

A huge well done to everyone in Year 11 all for your enthusiasm and highly competitive spirit!
