Virtual Sixth Form Taster Day

On Wednesday, both our Year 11 Students and our External applicants joined us online for our 'Virtual Sixth Form Taster Day'.
During half term, all students were sent a letter from Fareedat Kenyon (Year 12) inviting them to join us on Taster Day and telling them about her experiences at EHS, a little gift from us was also included!
The day started with a talk from current Year 12 students Omala, Caitlin and Zahra about life in Sixth Form. After this very informative talk students moved on to their Taster lessons, all students had the opportunity to get a taste of six different A Level subjects.
In the afternoon, students had several talks from members of staff about Careers, EPQ and Enrichment opportunities. As well as a chance to meet our Leadership team- Naomi, Fiona and Myra. Finally, they had time to ask questions about our Sixth Form and studying A Levels at EHS.
On Monday, all are invited to join us again for a Virtual Coffee & Cake Afternoon and another opportunity to ask Year 12 Students questions about life in Sixth Form and the subjects they are studying.
