Words From Westbourne

No two days are ever the same in Westbourne, our Pre-Prep School, where the girls are always busy. In addition to the Mathematics and English work and reading skills which take place daily the girls enjoy a range of other activities.
This week Nursery girls have been exploring colours and colour mixing engaging in a range of different activities. They have also been developing their fine motor skills by snipping and cutting old cards. A good lesson in recycling too.
In Kindergarten girls have enjoyed sharing stories with one another in their library area.
Girls in Reception have enjoyed making Fantasy Deserts as part of their topic on Food. They look good enough to eat! They have also enjoyed looking at the similarities and differences between animals in their play.
