Year 8 Star of Week
25 October 2019
This half term has been very busy for Year 8, with a large number of girls performing in assemblies, concerts and events, as well as a fantastic assembly from 8C that celebrated multi-culturalism at EHS.
Every week teaching staff award ‘Star of the Week’ to a girl that has gone above and beyond. The girls are nominated by Form Tutors, their names are added to the Year 8 noticeboard and they receive a Star of The Week special badge to wear.
This half term we have been spoilt for choice and it has been so hard to make our final decisions. We have awarded the title to girls for showing resilience, as well as performing in our Awards Ceremony and helping out at the Pastoral Consultation Day.
This has been a very successful start to the year and we shall continue to create an environment where pupils and teachers are celebrating pastoral success. Well done to all our stars this half term, you have truly shone!
