Artistry showcased at pop up exhibition

On Wednesday 20 March, the Year 12 fine art group put on an exhibition of their work in the art studio.
A pop up exhibition was set up at lunch time in order to showcase the pieces of work created for their project entitled ‘Nature Abstracted’. The wide variety of work explored the theme of nature through colour, form and texture resulting in a series of mixed media paintings of varying sizes and shapes. Girls confidently talked through their art works explaining connections made with the work of other contemporary artists.
