The school was saddened to hear of the recent passing of Professor Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya.
Edgbaston High has enjoyed a long association with Lord Bhattacharyya, first as a parent when his daughters were pupils here, and then as a member of the school’s governing council on which he served for 12 years.
A Celebration of Professor Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya’s life will be held at Coventry Cathedral on Saturday 30 March 2019.
Our thoughts are with the Bhattacharyya family at this difficult time.
