Fitness fun for all

In the Prep School, Miss Dawes has introduced several new activities to increase fitness. One of these is Five-a-Day, an on-line programme which is designed to be used in any spare five minutes and can be accessed by families at home too.
The second activity is a set of action mats. These have a different activity on each one and provide some circuit training activities to build the girls’ stamina and
On Wednesday morning, Miss Dawes arranged for girls to demonstrate these activities to parents. We were delighted that a number of parents joined us to take part.
We offer a second opportunity to come and have a look or to take part on Tuesday morning of next week on June 18. Do drop-in to Prep Hall from 8.15 am to join in the fun.
