Head's Spring Term Message
13 January 2023
It is still a novelty to start a term without having to think about needing to put measures in place to mitigate Covid, and I will never take for granted being able to gather in the Hall or the Octagon to welcome back our community from a holiday period. Of course, some in our community are yet to return properly as they are busy with their GCSE and A level mocks, an all-important part of their readiness for the ‘real ones’ in May and June.
We extend a very warm welcome to new members of staff, who started with us in January;
Mr Stopps - Chemistry
Miss Bancroft - Classics
Miss Masterson - PE
We look forward to getting to know them better as well as introducing them to all the wonderful and unique events at EHS.
Please do keep an eye on the calendar to see what is happening on a weekly and termly basis, and please encourage your daughters to maximise the opportunities that are on offer. The calendar can be found on our website and is regularly updated.
As ever, it will be a busy term and I hope to see you soon at one of the upcoming events in school.
