Oxford and Cambridge conference for Year 12

A group of Year 12 girls attended the annual Oxford and Cambridge Student Conference at Edgbaston Stadium on Tuesday 20 March.
This annual event is aimed at students in Year 12 who are considering applying to either university. Lecturers and students provided practical advice about the application process, a guide to life at Oxbridge, and gave specific guidance about what to expect when undertaking the university’s prestigious courses, from Philosophy, Politics and Economics to Environmental Science. This was comprehensive, full day event and the girls felt that they benefited greatly from the informative talks throughout the day.
