Road Safety

We continued to focus on road safety this week in our Discovery Den, having marked Road Safety Week last week.
Keeping safe is a really important curriculum topic and focusing on applying our knowledge helps to reinforce learning. Time spent in the Den has also sparked some interesting discussion.
This week our simulated road has enabled children to practise their road safely awareness fully and girls also completed some problem solving activities.
Other aspects of safety that we cover with the girls include keeping safe in the sun, using the computer safely and safety in the home.
