Sportswomen selected for World Championships

Following her successful performance at the British Gymnastics Tumbling Championships, Amy Campbell has been selected to represent Great Britain at the age-group World Tumbling Championships that take place in Russia in November.
Last week, Asmita Chaudhari competed in the U19 3 Borders International Badminton Series in France. Asmita played exceptionally, winning the women’s doubles and reaching the semi-finals of the mixed-doubles where she and her partner narrowly missed out on reaching the finals, losing 26-24 and 22-20. Asmita has also received some exciting news. She has been selected for the World Junior Championships which will be taking place in November in Canada.
