Rising to the Baking Challenge

Food, Nutrition and Health students were challenged to make a Victoria sandwich cake with a difference: decorating it in the ‘naked cake’ style using just whipped cream and fresh fruit.
The quality of the work was exceptional and choosing an outright winner was so difficult that in the end two winners were chosen. Congratulations to the following students for their fantastic efforts.
