Parents Join Westbourne's Outdoor Classroom

Kindergarten parents joined us at the end of last week for an afternoon in the outdoor classroom.

It was lovely to see them selecting from the range of activities on offer and then supporting their daughters with all the required skills.

The girls enjoyed planting flowers together and using their cloud viewers to identify different types of clouds in the sky. We also hope that many interesting bugs will make themselves at home in the mini bug hotels made during the afternoon!

The girls also had fun using the seesaw, jumping in and out of tires, painting on a large scale, and participating in a little tea party.

It was a lovely afternoon thanks to the enthusiasm and participation of our parents.
