Partying the Night Away

There was much excitement during the week as anticipation grew for Prep Party, especially as the last one took place back in 2019. When Friday finally arrived the Octagon, Hexagon and Senior Hall were fully prepared to welcome the girls and parents at the end of the school day.

There was a meal deal available for the girls and samosas and cakes for parents, with drinks for all. Then there was much fun to be had with a vibrant disco and photo booth in the Octagon. During the evening girls were able to enjoy some games and novelty dances with prizes. There were also glow sticks on sale to add to the colourful light show.

In Senior Hall, alongside the food stalls, were the activity tables. These included the Bunny Tombola, Children’s Raffle, Hook-a-Duck, Name the Unicorn and, of course, the opportunity to have a sparkly tattoo or two.

The Hexagon was available as a quiet space but this was not visited by many!

It was encouraging to have one of our favourite Prep events re-established and wonderful to see girls from Nursery to Year 6 all together having fun. We are sure that girls will have slept well having danced and played the night away.
